150 Terms & Conditions — Complete Platform Usage Guide

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using the 150 platform. By registering or using any part of this platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms of Use

Basic requirements before you use the 150 platform

By accessing, registering for, or using any service provided by the 150 platform ("Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies referenced herein.

The 150 platform is an online entertainment service offered to users in Malaysia. By using this Platform, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age, or have reached the age of majority as required by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
  • You are using this Platform solely in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
  • You understand that your use of this Platform is subject to the laws and regulations in force in Malaysia.
  • All information you provide to 150 is truthful, accurate, and complete at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, please stop using the 150 platform immediately.

Account Creation, Security & Suspension Policy

Rules governing account registration, management, and closure

Account Registration

Each user is permitted one account on the 150 platform only. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed without notice. You are responsible for ensuring your registration details remain accurate and up to date.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Do not share your login information with anyone. 150 will never ask for your password via email or any unofficial channel. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact customer support immediately.

Account Suspension & Closure

150 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice in the event of:

  • Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions
  • Fraud, system manipulation, or suspicious activity
  • Registering with false or misleading information
  • Use of the Platform in violation of Malaysian law
  • Any attempt to compromise the security of the Platform or other users

Balances in accounts closed due to serious violations may be forfeited at 150's discretion.

User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

What is permitted and prohibited when using 150

As a user of the 150 platform, you agree to use this Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You hereby agree that you will not:

  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools to access or interact with the Platform without prior written consent from 150.
  • Attempting to hack, compromise, or disrupt the technical infrastructure of the Platform.
  • Impersonating another user or any member of 150's staff.
  • Using the Platform to process third-party payments, conduct money laundering, or engage in any unlawful financial activity.
  • Distributing unlawful, defamatory, threatening, or fraudulent content through any channel on the Platform.
  • Using a payment method that does not belong to you or that was obtained unlawfully.

Users who breach these rules may be subject to action including account closure, reporting to the relevant authorities, and legal claims for damages under applicable Malaysian law.

  • Making deposits and withdrawals using a valid payment method registered in your own name
  • Contacting customer support for technical or account assistance
  • Sharing personal experiences publicly without disclosing account information

Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Information

All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)

All financial transactions on the 150 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that the payment method you use is valid, registered in your own name, and has sufficient funds.

Deposit

Successful deposits will be credited to your account once confirmation is received from the payment provider. Processing times vary depending on your chosen payment method. 150 is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment processors.

Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with established verification procedures. 150 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawals are only permitted to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to an account registered in the name of the account holder. 150 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals in the event of suspicious activity or while an account review is in progress.

Transaction Cancellation

Completed transactions cannot be unilaterally reversed by the user. If you believe there is an error with your transaction, contact 150 customer support within 24 hours of the transaction.

All payments are in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit). 150 does not charge any additional fees for standard deposits.

Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Platform liability limits and rights over content

Limitation of Liability

The 150 Platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, 150 is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the Platform
  • Service disruptions caused by factors beyond 150's control, including network outages, power failures, or natural disasters
  • Acts or omissions of third-party service providers connected to the Platform
  • Any investment or financial decisions made based on information from the Platform

Intellectual Property

All content on the 150 platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software code, is the exclusive property of 150 or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from 150.

Third-Party Links

The 150 platform may contain links or integrations to third-party services such as payment processors and game providers. 150 does not control the content or practices of those third-party sites and accepts no responsibility for them. Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms.

Changes to Terms and Governing Law

How 150 handles amendments to terms and applicable jurisdiction

Right to Amend Terms

150 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to users via in-Platform notifications or to their registered email address. Continued use of the Platform after such changes take effect will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.

Severability

Should any provision of these Terms & Conditions be found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision alone shall be severed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
